These terms explain the rules for using the service between SpaVPN and its users. Before using the service, please read these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the details of your chosen plan. If you have questions about the service scope or usage limits, you can ask through the user panel’s ticket system before deciding whether to use the service.
Service Scope
SpaVPN provides a network acceleration subscription service for cross-border access, with coverage in 100+ countries and 240+ routes, and support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Users access client software and subscription details through their account, and use international routes according to the data allowance and validity of their chosen plan.
The service provides network connectivity; it does not include accounts, memberships, or content licenses for third-party websites, video platforms, or AI tools. Route locations and connection status do not replace a target platform’s access requirements. Whether specific content can be accessed still depends on platform rules, account status, and the local network environment.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. Users should keep their login credentials, subscription links, and order details secure, and avoid publicly sharing screenshots that contain subscription information. If credentials are exposed or unusual activity is detected, change the password promptly and seek assistance through the user panel.
This service has no device limit, and devices on the same account share the plan’s data allowance. No device limit does not permit sharing an account with others. Account access, subscription links, and route access are for the account holder only. Reselling, renting, publicly distributing, or brokering access, creating shared subscription pools, or repackaging the service as another commercial network service for third parties is prohibited.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into the remaining days. Acceptable Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and any regions relevant to their activities, as well as the usage rules of target websites and applications. The service must not be used for fraud, invasion of others’ privacy, intellectual property infringement, distribution of unlawful content, unauthorized system access, or other illegal activities.
Malicious scanning, network attacks, bulk unsolicited messaging, credential theft, and other activities that harm third-party interests or route operations are prohibited. Users must not interfere with service management, abuse interfaces, or consume shared resources through abnormal automated requests. Users are responsible for their access activity and for any content they publish or transmit.
Availability and Scope of Responsibility
Network connectivity may be affected by local carriers, device settings, network congestion, maintenance, and changes to third-party platform policies. SpaVPN does not guarantee connectivity in every location or at all times, or to every third-party service. The number of routes does not represent a guaranteed speed or continuous availability.
If a problem occurs, first check your local network, update your subscription, and try another route. Then send the ticket team the necessary error message and device details. Do not submit your password or full subscription link. Issues caused by third-party platforms suspending accounts, changing content, or user configuration should be handled according to the circumstances. This statement does not exclude any service liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
Restrictions and Account Termination
If SpaVPN discovers reselling or sharing, unlawful use, attacks, or other violations of these terms, it may suspend affected connections, restrict subscription access, or terminate the account service based on the risk. In the event of an urgent security risk, necessary restrictions may be applied first while the circumstances are verified; any action taken should be proportionate to the risk.
If a user believes a restriction was applied in error, they may explain the situation and provide relevant records through a ticket to request a review. Account restrictions do not automatically remove rights available under law or waive any liability already incurred.

Changes to These Terms and Questions
SpaVPN may update these terms due to service changes or compliance requirements, and will revise the last-updated month on this page. Important changes affecting usage rights will be explained through an on-site announcement or a notice in the user panel. Changes affecting paid benefits will be handled in accordance with applicable law and existing agreements.
Users can review the updated terms before continuing to use the service. If you disagree with a change or need clarification, submit a question through the user panel’s ticket system. Matters concerning subscription status, orders, or refunds will be handled according to the relevant page and the results of verification.
