Refund period and scope
You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. Eligibility is verified against the date of the account’s first successful payment. Please submit your request within this period. You do not need to prove a connection issue, provide speed test results, or explain why you no longer use the service.
Monthly subscriptions and data packages have different billing terms. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date; data packages can be used until depleted and never expire. The validity of a data package does not extend the refund period indefinitely, and renewals, upgrades, or additional payments do not restart the refund period measured from your first payment.
Eligibility and verification limits
Within the refund period, you may request a refund due to a change in usage habits, device compatibility, route experience, or other personal circumstances without giving a reason. Having connected to the service or used some of a plan’s data does not, by itself, justify denying a refund. This policy does not reduce refund amounts based on the proportion of data used.
Requests made after the refund period are outside the scope of this no-questions-asked refund policy. An unpaid order, a payment that was not actually charged, or an order that has already been refunded has no payment to refund again. For duplicate charges or an unusual payment status, submit supporting documentation for review.
If data usage exceeds the plan records, an account is restricted, or a suspected breach of the terms of service is involved, we will review the order and account records rather than decide based solely on an anomaly label. Verification does not automatically disqualify you from a refund. If you dispute the outcome, explain the specific grounds in your ticket; you may provide additional information and request a review.
How to request a refund
Sign in to the user panel and submit your request on the ticket page, clearly identifying the order to be reviewed. Provide your account username, order number, payment date, amount paid, and payment method. If the order status does not match the actual charge, you may attach proof of payment with unrelated information redacted.
No email address is required; you can create a SpaVPN account with a username and password. Refund verification also does not require your account password, payment password, wallet private key, or recovery phrase in a ticket. Keep the information needed to identify the transaction, and do not upload a complete subscription link or order details from another account.
After submitting your request, check the original ticket for replies and requests for additional information. If the account has renewals, upgrades, or multiple payments, list each one separately to avoid confusion between plan data, order amounts, and the transaction to be refunded. Once a refund is complete, the related service benefits will be adjusted accordingly.
Refunds to the original payment method
SpaVPN supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. For Alipay and WeChat Pay, refunds are sent through the original payment method when the payment channel supports them. If the original transaction cannot be refunded directly, confirm the reason and available options in a ticket first. Refunds are not automatically converted to account credit or transferred to another account.
USDT transactions cannot use the same direct refund process as Alipay and WeChat Pay. When requesting a refund, provide the transaction identifier and confirm the network and receiving address as instructed in the ticket. Confirm the specific refund method and any network fees before proceeding; no fixed fee or exchange rate is assumed.
Checking refund status and requesting a review
Processing time depends on order verification, the payment channel, and on-chain confirmations. This policy does not promise a standard refund arrival time. A request being accepted, a refund being initiated, and funds arriving are separate stages. Check both the ticket history and the payment channel’s transaction records.
If you have received a refund initiation notice but cannot find the funds, add the order number and your search results to the original ticket and request a review of the refund record. You may also request a review through the original ticket if you dispute the amount, eligibility, or outcome. See the Terms of Service for account rules and the Privacy Policy for how information is handled.
